Reiki
A Japanese technique intended for reducing stress and increasing relaxation – promoting rejuvenation and well-being. As a trained Reiki Master, Teri uses her hands with this modality. This ancient technique based on the principle that the practitioner can shift the client’s energy does not require touching. The stimulation is designed to activate the natural rejuvenation processes of the client’s body, helping restore physical, mental and emotional well-being. Teri uses Reiki to serve clients who feel stressed, may be in physical discomfort, who may be in the midst of life transitions, have trouble sleeping, feel emotional instability, or simply want to maintain a good balance in their well-being.
I provide Reiki both in person or remotely, as it is an energy modality. Clients can combine Reiki with a Sound Healing Session, either in-person or remotely.
As an intuitive practitioner, I will see each client’s energy as symbols and other assorted visuals, which I can share at the end of the session if the client so desires. These can be helpful in the client understanding more about their current physical, emotional, mental and spiritual landscape.
