Sound Healing
This service is a therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body/mind of a person to bring them into a state of harmony, balance, and well-being. Experience an almost other-worldly–bathing with sounds in a safe space where I creatively play gongs, sound bowls, and chimes with a variety of mallets and brushes intended to soothe, recharge, and vibrate down to the cellular level in the body, which can activate our body’s ability to heal.
The “gong bath” environment can allow the body to relax, seemingly connecting with one’s essence of self and enabling emotional pressures and physical tightness to be released. It can quell the “Monkey Mind”, allowing for a deep and effortless meditation.
I provide Reiki both in person or remotely, as it is an energy modality. Clients can combine Reiki with a Sound Healing Session, either in-person or remotely.
Each energy healing session ends with personal intuitive insight. As an intuitive visionary, I receive intuitive information about a client while they are in a session with me. During the last ten minutes or so of an Energy Healing Session, I will tell my client, with permission, about any intuitive insights revealed while in session with them. These are messages about my specific client and are different from a Medical Intuitive reading. Clients report that they love the beneficial results of their energy healing sessions, but many tell me this ending of their session is very special and is what they look forward to the most!
